Flisto
This Privacy Policy explains how Flisto Team (“we,” “us,” or “our”) handles information in connection with the Flisto mobile application (the “App”). Flisto is a morning affirmations experience with thematic affirmation packs, ambient soundscapes, mood themes, reminders, favorites, custom affirmations, speech playback, and shareable art cards.
We designed Flisto to keep most of your personal experience on your device. This Policy describes what information may be processed when you use the App.
Depending on how you use Flisto, the App may store locally on your device:
This information is kept in on-device storage (for example, UserDefaults or local files) so the App can function. It is not used by us to build advertising profiles.
Flisto does not require you to create an account. We do not ask for your name, email, phone number, or social-login credentials to use core features.
Optional unlock purchases are processed by Apple through StoreKit / App Store. We receive purchase / entitlement signals needed to apply temporary unlock days on your device. Payment card details are handled by Apple, not by Flisto Team.
Flisto includes affirmation content bundled or cached on your device so core reading works offline. When you are online, the App may optionally refresh or expand the affirmation library by sending product prompts (such as pack theme names and generation instructions) to third-party cloud language / content providers. Those requests are used to return affirmation text for the App.
We do not intentionally send your name, email, Apple ID, custom affirmations, favorites, or reminder schedules in those content-refresh requests. Standard network metadata (such as IP address and request timing) may be processed by carriers, CDNs, or the provider as part of delivering the response. If a refresh fails, Flisto continues to use local affirmations.

Content you explicitly choose to share from the App is shared with the destination you select.
Local App data remains on your device until you delete it within the App (where available) or remove the App. Unlock expiry information is retained locally to enforce purchased access periods. If you contact us for support, we retain correspondence as needed to respond and for legitimate business records.
We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards appropriate to an on-device-first app. No method of electronic storage or transmission is 100% secure. Please keep your device protected with a passcode and up-to-date software.
Flisto is not directed to children under 13 years of age, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child under 13 has provided personal information to us, contact us and we will take appropriate steps to delete it.
If you use Flisto from outside the country where our services are operated, your information may be processed in other countries. Where required, we take steps consistent with applicable law for such transfers.
Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or restrict certain personal information, or to object to certain processing. Contact us to make a request. We will respond as required by applicable law.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The “Last updated” date at the top will change when we do. Continued use of the App after an update means you acknowledge the revised Policy.
